About the Job:

A U.S.-based company at the forefront of AI-driven innovation is seeking exceptional analytical thinkers to join its team as Reasoning Analysts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about logic, structured problem-solving, and reading comprehension who want to contribute to cutting-edge commercial and research projects in AI. You will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality logical reasoning, logic games, and reading comprehension content that supports next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high difficulty questions from scratch and deliver high-quality outputs across:
  • Logical Reasoning tasks
  • Logic Games challenges
  • Reading Comprehension passages
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in solutions and explanations.
  • Collaborate with researchers and project stakeholders to align on content quality and expectations.
  • Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Engineering or Analytical academic foundation.
  • Demonstrated excellence in standardized competitive exams such as: JEE / AIEEE / BITSAT, CAT / GRE / GMAT / LSAT / CLAT, ECAT, JAMB UTME, KCSE, Thanaweya Amma, YKS, EXANI, etc.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English, with a strong command of English grammar and the ability to produce clear, concise, and error-free content.
  • Proven attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering on time.
  • Minimum 4-hour work overlap with Pacific Time (PST/PT).
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.

Offer Details:

  • Hours committed: At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement Type: Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)
  • Duration: 3 weeks

Evaluation Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a detailed reasoning and comprehension assessment.
  • Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will receive contract assignment offers with specified start/end dates and expected weekly 40-hour commitments.
