JobInflow is onboarding a pool of contract Sales Executives to manage B2B lead generation and business development for clients in the fit-out and construction sectors. Ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience and a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver sales presentations
  • Manage proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline status and targets
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in B2B or industrial sales
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Remuneration:
Fixed monthly retainer plus performance-based incentives.
