Description:
We are collecting applications for experienced Executive Assistants to provide remote support to senior executives and entrepreneurs. This role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
