Description:
JobInflow is pre-screening qualified HR professionals for potential contract-based assignments across Mumbai. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR process management for mid-sized enterprises and startups.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and induction activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure HR compliance and reporting
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in a Human Resources role (in-house or consulting)
  • Working knowledge of HR software and HRMS platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
