1. Acceptance
By uploading a resume or using any tool on jobinflow.com/ai-helper, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What we do
Jobinflow provides AI-generated suggestions for resume analysis, ATS scoring, cover letters, skill gaps, and interview prep. It’s an assistive tool only — not a recruitment agency, career counselor, or guarantee of a job.
3. No guarantees
Scores, matches, and text are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before using them in applications.
4. Your content
- You confirm you own the resume you upload and have the right to share it.
- We process your file only to generate results. We do not sell resumes or personal data.
- Files are stored securely for 30 days to improve results.
5. Privacy
Do not upload sensitive IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, bank details). We collect only what you paste/upload to run the analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t upload illegal content, malware, or other people’s resumes without permission. Don’t try to reverse-engineer or overload the service.
7. Intellectual property
Jobinflow, its design, and AI outputs are owned by Jobinflow: You get a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated text for your own job applications.
8. Limitation of liability
Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobinflow is not liable for any loss of opportunity, data, or employment resulting from use of the tool.
9. Changes
We may update features or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Haryana, India.
